Three things that matter more than the caption:

Post 3 to 5 days early. People make a card when they remember the date is coming, not on the day.
Show the reaction. If the person you sent it to laughed, a 3-second clip of that does more than any caption.
Disclose it. One plain line, like "I earn a little if you use my code." In the US the FTC expects it, and people trust it more.

Format and filming

Shape: pick 9:16 before you download for Reels, TikTok and Stories; 1:1 for a feed post.
Length: the whole card is under a minute. Post the full card; people watch for their own face.
Faces: a clear, front-facing photo with the mouth visible looks best. A group photo fills up to four dancers at once.
Captions on the video: turn on karaoke captions before downloading if your audience watches with the sound off.
