A funny holiday video card with your team's real faces, sent to every client by name, takes about 15 minutes and costs $4.99 for up to 100 people. Make one card with your team in it, upload your client list as a CSV, and each client gets their own email: "Dana, the team at Smith Realty sent you a card."

Why a video card works for clients
Paper cards from businesses tend to look the same. A video where your accountant, your agent or your office manager dances in an ugly sweater gets opened, watched, and sometimes forwarded. And it costs less than mailing 100 cards: stamps alone are $0.82 each as of July 2026, so $82 for 100, before the cards.

How to send it to the whole list
- Pick a card that fits the office. Ugly Sweater Party (three faces), Elf Dance Party or Merry & Bright (four faces each). Pick the people who'll laugh at themselves, and ask them first.
- Type your company as the From name. Each client's own name goes into their card ("For Dana", "Happy holidays, Dana!") and their email.
- Write a short note with your company name: "Happy holidays from all of us at Smith Realty. Thank you for this year."
- Buy the card ($1.99), make a share link, and upload your list. Export a CSV from your CRM, Outlook or a spreadsheet; it needs an email column, and a name column if you want first names.
- Pay for the send: $1 up to 10 people, $2 up to 25, $3 up to 100. You'll see the count first.
Replies go to the email you type in, so clients can answer you directly.

Keep it professional
- Tease your own team, not the client.
- Keep the note to two lines and sign it with the company name.
- Send it the second week of December. People are still at their desks and not yet buried in holiday email.
- Don't send to anyone who hasn't done business with you. This is a thank-you, not a marketing campaign.

For coworkers
The same works inside a company. Send one card to the whole team from the manager, or a Thank You! card to the people who carried the year. For a list over 100, split it into two sends.
