Looking for a housewarming ecard? Make one where the new homeowners are in it. On Tangy Limes you cut their faces out of a photo, put them on dancers, and for about 40 seconds they celebrate the new place while their mouths sing an original song.
The preview with their faces is free. Keeping it is $1.99, a single payment, with no plan to cancel later.

The card: Home Sweet Home
Home Sweet Home fits three faces, and the headline reads HOME SWEET HOME (type over it if you want). There's an intro with the names, then four places in the new house:
- The front lawn of a cute house, moving boxes stacked everywhere. T-shirts and jeans, jumping, cheering, pointing at the house like it might leave.
- The living room. One dancer in overalls with a bandana tied at the neck does a victory dance among the boxes. Those boxes will still be there in March.
- A brand new kitchen with balloons. Flannel, a bright sweater, mugs raised above their heads for a toast. The coffee maker is somewhere in box 14.
- A backyard patio party at night under string lights. A synchronized housewarming kick line, then a final cheer.
The faces are real photo cutouts, and nothing gets redrawn by AI. Only the mouths move, so the person who said "we're not doing a housewarming" sings a whole housewarming song.

Who gets a dancer
Three spots means you can cast it a few ways:
- The couple and the kid. Easy. Everybody's in the kick line.
- Three roommates. A great time to remind them whose name is on the lease.
- The couple and you. You helped carry the couch up the stairs. You earned the third dancer.
- The couple and the dog. Dog faces get detected too, and a pet's face can go on any dancer. The dog has a yard now. The dog is the real winner here.
One photo with all three faces is enough. If a head is too big, shrink it. If the cutout lost some hair, paint it back in.

Headlines for the new place
Swap HOME SWEET HOME for something more like you:
- THE BOXES LIVE HERE NOW
- CONGRATS ON YOUR NEW LEAKY FAUCET
- I CALL THE GUEST ROOM
- WELCOME TO YARD WORK
- HOME SWEET MORTGAGE
The text you send with it can be short: "Made you a card. You're doing a kick line. Where's the spare key."

Throwing the housewarming party?
If they're hosting, or you are, there's House Party Invite, a three-face card with YOU'RE INVITED as the headline. It starts at an open front door with balloons and streamers, then a kitchen counter piled with pizza and chips, a living room turned dance floor, and a backyard with string lights and a picnic table. Send that one to the group chat a week before. Send Home Sweet Home the morning after, when they're cleaning up.
To send it, make a share link on the card page and text it. It opens a plain web page that plays the video, so nobody downloads an app. You can email it to up to five people from the card page too, or download the MP4 and play it on the TV at the party, which they finally have a wall for.
One card costs $1.99 and there's nothing to subscribe to. That leaves room in the budget for an actual plant.
