The faces are your actual faces
They're cutouts from your photo, with no AI changes. Your dad's eyebrows stay your dad's eyebrows. Only the mouths move, opening and closing to the words of a song written for the card, so it looks like your family is singing it with total confidence.
Each card runs about 40 seconds: an intro with your names, then four dance scenes. Up to four faces fit, and you tap to choose who goes on which dancer, which is a lot of power to give one person in December.
If you want the elves
Holiday Boy Band is the closest we get. Four faces in a late-90s boy band video: fake snow, lasers and matching white outfits, then a cozy living room in ugly sweaters, then Santa's workshop, with toys, wrapped presents, green costumes and pointy shoes. Then a snowy mountain resort in puffy neon suits. Cast your uncle as the heartthrob. Somebody has to be.
If you want the whole family
Holly Jolly Family fits four: plaid pajamas by a huge tree, a front yard with too many blinking lights and inflatable snowmen, a kitchen covered in flour and gingerbread, and a snowy street with a Christmas market. Ugly Sweater Party fits three, starting at a tacky office party with tinsel on every surface and ending at a backyard bonfire.
If you want it for phones, or for the dog
Merry Christmas is built tall, in 9:16, with one or two faces: a glowing tree, a snowy street strung with lights, a gingerbread kitchen and stockings by the fireplace. Meowy Christmas fits two people and two pets. Dog and cat faces get found in your photos too, and they go on dancing animals in little Santa suits and reindeer antlers. The cat will look exactly as unimpressed as it does in real life.

Making one
- Pick a card.
- Add one family photo, faces toward the camera.
- Type the names for the intro, and rewrite the headline if MERRY CHRISTMAS is too polite for your family.
- Watch the preview with your faces in it, free. If a head looks big for its dancer, shrink it.
Then download the MP4, make a share link that plays in the family group chat with no app, or email it to up to five people. Save it as 16:9 for the TV or 9:16 for phones.
