These are our best funny birthday ecards 2027 picks, and we should say up front that we make them. Tangy Limes cards are short music videos: the birthday person's real face, cut out of a photo, goes on a dancer and sings an original birthday song they've never heard. Nothing on the face is redrawn. Only the mouth moves.

Making it
