A handful of cards are. When we checked on October 18, 2026, JibJab's help center said a handful of its cards are free, and that sending most ecards and videos from the app takes a membership. Its Terms of Sale say memberships renew automatically and partial periods are nonrefundable.
On the web, that same help article listed the membership at $36 a year, billed all at once, or $24 for 6 months. We also looked for a way to buy one JibJab card on its own, without a membership, and couldn't find one.
That's what the pages said that day. They change, so click through before you count on any of it.

If you're paying and forgot you were
JibJab's cancellation article says to go to My Account and choose Disable Auto-Renew. Your access lasts until the end of the term you paid for. If you joined inside the iPhone or Android app, you cancel through Apple or Google instead. Because partial periods are nonrefundable, waiting doesn't get you anything back. If you're done, do it today.

If you wanted one card and nothing else
Then you wanted a card, not a membership, and that's the only thing Tangy Limes sells. Our cards are short music videos starring a real face. You upload a photo, the face is cut out exactly as it is (no AI changes), and it goes on a dancer singing an original song, mouth opening and closing to the words.
You watch the whole preview with their face in it for free. Keeping it is $1.99. A single card needs no account, and nothing renews, so there's no cancellation article in your future.
A few to start with:
Shred Your Birthday. Your brother on an arena stage with pyrotechnic flames and a wall of amplifiers, then backstage with a cake and sparklers, then riding through the city at night in a white stretch limo with the sunroof open. He has never once deserved this. Send it anyway.

Birthday Superstar. One face on a red carpet with flashing cameras, then a stadium stage with fireworks, then a living-room party in an inflatable cake costume. For the friend who already treats their birthday like a premiere.
Sorry, Not Sorry. A fake apology with a boy-band dance break, a cheap bouquet and a beach chair with zero regret. Useful if you forgot the birthday and would like to own it.
Holly Jolly Family. Four faces in plaid pajamas by a huge Christmas tree, then a front yard with far too many inflatable snowmen. One family photo covers everyone.

If you send a card every week, a membership somewhere might make sense. If you send one when a birthday sneaks up on you, buy the one.
